If by any chance your goods are faulty we will give a full refund of the goods within 30 days. We are not held responsible for lost or damaged goods by Australia Post. We recommend using the express post with a signature.
Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Byron Bay Rolling papers.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging
We would recommend retaining your tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us
Under no circumstances, may items be returned to us if they have been used.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if they do not meet our returns policy
Please note that all returns for either damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed Byron Bay Rolling Papers by either phone, fax, post or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Byron Bay Rolling Papers will be sent back at your cost.
Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Please note: Some of these items might be taxed as tobacco products and/or need to be labelled or packaged accordingly in some countries. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all appropriate taxes and comply with any tobacco rules & regulations (labelling Marketing, Packaging, Advertising, etc..)
All orders are sent in plain packaging. There is no labelling on the boxes or envelopes to indicate what the contents might be. The address label contains your delivery address and an order number. Australia Post requires us to have a return address label on your parcel. This is shown as:

Orders placed before 2.00 pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2.00 pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.
